Online Appointment Request and Cancellation Policy

APPOINTMENT REQUESTS:
After your request has been received a nember of our Wrapped In Wellness team will contact you to confirm your appointment and give further instructions needed for your selected appointment(s).
Members Services appointments may only be accessed and scheduled by our current program members.
If you are unable to find an appointment through our online scheduler, please feel free to CALL YOUR DESIRED LOCATION and we'll be happy to assist you in meeting your scheduling needs.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In order for Wrapped In Wellness to continue to offer great services at convenient locations and at reasonable prices, we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations, changes, or modifications. If you need to cancel, please contact the location at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a system generated $45 non-refundable No Show/24 Hour Cancellation Fee.
