A few basic tips for wanting to create a healthier lifestyle but not sure where to begin. Meal prepping is key, not being prepared is one of the biggest things to get you off track. That means being prepared weekly, if you have a special event planned be aware and make healthier choices. WATER!!! Water is key for anyone trying to lose weight if you are not hydrated enough your body does not work properly at flushing out fat and unwanted toxins. You should try and drink ½ your body weight in ounces each day (If you weigh 160 pounds you want to drink 75 ounces a day). Find a friend to do this with, having an accountability partner will help you stay on track and motivate you to keep going! Set small attainable realistic goals that you can meet each week and celebrate NON-SCALE VICTORIES. You may not see a huge difference on the scale but feel the inch loss in your clothes, or see the difference in your skin celebrate those victories along the way!
