We’ve gathered some of our favorite tips on how to keep your healthy lifestyle going even while on vacation.

Be Prepared: 

Whether you’re traveling by plane or planning a cross country road trip be prepared when it comes to your nutrition. Pack healthy snacks so you’re not stopping to buy fast food loaded with fat and sodium. If you have Access to an ice chest pack some string cheese, fresh fruit, veggies and even yogurt or humus. Traveling by plane or not enough room for an ice chest throw some of these tasty, nutritious treats in your bag Popcorn, Nuts, Granola, or Dried Fruit. Be Active:

Be Smart with Your Nutrition:

This is your vacation that you’ve worked so hard for don’t ruin it by eating everything in sight and over indulging. Not only will you hate yourself on the scale you will feel bloated and just plain gross. Plan your day in advance and enjoy the local cuisine all in moderation.  If you know you’re going out to enjoy a not so healthy dinner make sure to have a lighter, healthier breakfast and/or lunch.
